Our first ARTsee OPEN STUDIO TOUR in the fall of 2011 was a huge success in every way.

Frequently heard comments were "I didn't know there were so many artists in the area!" and "The quality of the work is so good!"

What is an Artists' Studio Tour?
Like a garden tour or an historical homes tour, an artists' studio tour allows you to visit the studios of visual artists. In 2011, there were 16 stops on the ARTsee Open Studio Tour, and a total of 24 participating artists.

As we open our studios, we provide an opportunity for the public to interact with artists in their creative spaces, however grand or humble. Visitors see works in progress, demonstrations, and explanations that you just don't get in a gallery experience. Most all work on display is for sale.

Create your own self-guided tour! Decide which artists' studios you want to visit! And this year you have TWO days to do i! Saturday and Sunday, September 29th & 30th. Hours both days are 11 AM to 4 PM.

Come back to this site in mid-June to DOWNLOAD THE MAP of the artists whose studios will be on the 2012 ARTsee Studio Tour.

You can begin at any point and visit as few or as many studios as you wish between the hours of 11 AM and 4 PM. Many artists show solo in their studios; some show their work in pairs; and four artists will be located at Farmstead Arts in Basking Ridge.
